appearing in the Best Australian Stories 2010. And in the pages of Best Australian Poems 2010,

  • Anna Krien, Horses (issue 5, Winter 2010).

We’re also so happy to see the work from our poetry editor Josephine Rowe, and former contributors Meg Mundell, Nathan Curnow, Anthony Lawrence and Cameron Lowe in this year’s collections.

Hurrah one and all.

Fresh Australian writing

Oh-October. Just how did we get here? harvest has been kept so amazingly busy over the past few days/weeks/months with the literary, lifestyle and learning, that we totally forgot to let you know we’ve made the decision for issue six to bloom in Autumn 2011.

So the harvest team will make use of the dazzling daylight savings to deliver you dear harvesters another beautiful magazine to read.  We’ve received some wonderful submissions from you all, near and far, and we’re slowly responding to you.

And of course, your lovely words of support for us and our independent magazine are always much appreciated.

We’re really looking forward to creating the Autumn issue over the coming months, and seeing it out and about in 2011. Egads, that’s only 78 days away.

Adiós para ahora los amigos.
